style of life. The four seasons are enjoyed here too – the
changes just tend to be much more subtle. Enjoy being a
visitor during the shining summer beach days on Hilton Head
Island. Those same beaches become quiet in the fall and
give way to the joy of kayaking on the Okatie, Colleton,
May, and Broad Rivers. The winter brings the beauty of
golden marsh grasses and red holly bushes, as well as oyster
roasts in Bluffton. Being so close to Beaufort, Savannah,
and Charleston, the many cultural events that take place are
easily attended. New friends will invite you to spring
viewings of the azaleas, garden tours, and the major wine
festival on Hilton Head Island in March.
