Meet Susan
A native Buckeye, Susan has been involved in real estate with a 21 year background in commercial property management as well as in
development and sales of residential property. She is a member of the Hilton Head Multiple Listing Service, the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors®, and has been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation, the distinguished Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS®), the Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) and Resort & Second Home Specialist (RSPS®) designations through the National Association of RealtorsTM. Involved in the local board, Susan has earned the annual Realtor Service Award since 2005, is a member of the Professional Development Committee and serves as a State Director for the South Carolina Association of Realtors.
Susan has a strong sense of commitment relative to giving back to her community She remains current with economic and market conditions enabling her to better respond to customers' and clients' needs. As Chair for the Southern Beaufort County Lowcountry Kids First political committee, she worked to ensure successful passage of the 2008 Beaufort County School bond referendum. Susan has also been assigned a position on the Beaufort County School District Foundation for Educational Excellence.
Susan has lived full-time in the Hilton Head area for 12 years with her husband of 35 years, Dean.
